• The Association members and their family members have been working to spruce up our community's common areas.

• During 2019 and so far in 2020, the community center was painted, broken windows repaired, signage placed on the building and the exterior grounds, major landscaping  efforts (ongoing), and the playground area was cleaned up. 

• Internet service was installed and members now have access to participate in meetings via teleconferencing.

• We have submitted an application to the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority's Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) for funds to upgrade the Community Center. 

• Completed all local and federal financial reports

• Completed procedures for use of the common areas

• Completed Grievance Process and Procedures.
